Return Policy

Thank you for choosing us to buy your favorite products, and we are happy to serve you. If you are not satisfied with a product due to a defect it occurred during shipping or you receive a different product, we at Koolen will do our best to make it easy and fast.

All you have to do is contact our Customer Service who will assist you accordingly at +966-920015715 or send an email to support@koolen.com.sa within ten days of receiving your shipment.

The product must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was received and in its original box and packaging intact. In the event of an interruption or defect by the customer, the company will not accept returns. Original invoice must be present.
Original invoice must be present, opened products with a manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same item.

Recovery procedures

In the case of delivery via Aramex
The customer can return the product(s) by sending it to Aramex. In this case, the customer may pay shipping costs if any. Once we have received and inspected your returned product(s), we will refund the product price and any applicable delivery charges.

  Delivery charges will only be refunded if you received, due to this error.

Wrong product.
Manufacturing defect.

If you paid by credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting within 14 working days to the same credit/debit card used during the order process. (Please note any additional time your bank may require to complete the process).

Cash on receipt, the customer will receive the refund in cash (up to 3 thousand).
