Your Koolen shipments will be delivered with Aramex all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you are outside the metropolitan area, we will ask you to collect your shipment from the nearest Aramex branch to you.

Aramex will deliver shipments weighing between (0-20 kg) for 22 SAR. Over 20 kg, 1 SAR per kg is charged.

Track shipments

Once we have sent your shipment, you will automatically receive an email with your order number or you can visit our customer page to see the progress of the shipment.

Shipping Address

Shipments are sent to the address entered in the order form. Make sure the address is correct and complete before completing the order. The transportation company, Colin, and Al-Muhaidib Awal Mission Co., Ltd. are not responsible for shipments that do not reach their owners due to wrong shipping addresses.
